Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed by 11am Eastern Standard Time usually ship the same day but we cannot guarantee that an order will ship the same day it is placed. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once a tracking number is available it will be emailed to the email address you provide. Service interruptions may occur with shipping companies, these are rare but beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that Fedex, UPS, and/or any other carrier used can deliver to specified shipping address, we can deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses by special request ( additional charges MAY APPLY , we will verify prior to shipping ). Any orders over $200 will automatically require a signature for delivery.

Privacy Policy
We thoroughly respect our customers and their privacy. We do not telemarket, sell, or rent customer information to anyone. We store customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers in our database merely so we can find your order if you ask us about it, tell you when your order had shipped, etc. We use your phone number only to contact you about a problem filling or delivering your order. We may use your e-mail (or regular mail) address to inform you about specials, promotions, newsletters or other events. Each e-mail sent is accompanied by the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list. If we send you mail you find annoying, just tell us and we'll take you off our list.

Everything we sell is returnable for refund, except shipping, within 14 days.  Restocking charges of 20% may apply, check with us prior to purchasing. Special order and discontinued items identified as "No Return" or "Final Sale" cannot be accepted as returns. If you are not satisfied with the item, or determine you don't need it, you can obtain return instructions by emailing us. In your email, please tell us your invoice or order number, the part number and the reason for the return. Please understand that email is the quickest and fastest way for us to process your return. Items being returned from outside Canada require special instructions, otherwise we may be billed additional charges by carriers. Returns from the US must be shippped USPS only.  If charges are billed to us they WILL be deducted from your refund. If a part doesn't fit, don't try to "make it fit" and risk damaging you, your car or yourself. We won't accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part, therefore please inspect the part before you start the repair.
We will not issue return credit for parts which have been installed, painted, modified or returned without their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you decide you don't need a part, we don't mind taking it back, but we can't absorb the shipping cost. The shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds typically take about 3 to 5 business days to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a speedy refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as you paid, (for example, Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
